We set a record for Ignite Denver, last time, let's keep that momentum going.

Let's keep that momentum going! We've got an awesome venue, an honest to god theatre with big screen, good sound, and a bar in the lobby, so let's fill it up!

We've had to change our model a little bit. Rather than making it optional to pay, we've got to set it hard and fast at $5.

As we get better at doing Ignite and move away from bars, our costs increase, and so we have to ask everyone to chip in for $5. 

What does that $5 do?

It helps us buy beer for the brave souls doing presentations. 

It helps us rent the venue

It helps handle incidentals, prizes etc.

Most importantly, it helps keep Ignite Denver going. We're growing, and with that growth comes expense.

Of course if anyone wanted to throw in some sponsorship money to help keep Ignite Denver free, that'd be awesome :)
